The Cloud Foundation, Front Range Equine Rescue and Individual Plantiff Carol Walker have brought a lawsuit against the Bureau of Land Management and a request for Injunction to stop the round up of Cloud's herd slated to begin Sept. 1 (now Sept. 4).
