The Cloud Foundation is fighting hard in federal court to stop BLM from zeroing-out (eliminating) all wild horses in 
6 HMAs of the Caliente Complex in eastern Nevada. BLM claims the horses are destroying the range, yet they have no plans to stop thousands of cattle grazing in the same area. 

Last month, a D.C. court judge issued a verdict against us and the 1700 wild horses who call this Complex home - without even weighing in on the merits of the case. Now The Cloud Foundation, along with AWHC and Western Watershed Projects, is preparing to fight this bad ruling.

This is an unusual case with unusual facts. Our legal team feels strongly that we have grounds for an appeal, and we at TCF are not ready to concede defeat. If we do, these horses will lose their freedom forever -- 1,700 more victims of the government's sick system of wild horse imprisonment.

Lawsuits are expensive and we need your help.
