Calamity Jane Turns 1!

How about some happy weekend news?!

1 year ago, Ginger went to visit TCF's Freedom Family and got the surprise of a lifetime. 22 year-old mare, Mae West, had gifted us with a beautiful little filly!

If you're not familiar, our "Freedom Family" is the close-knit band of older horses we saved after the terrible 2009 roundup in the Pryor Wild Horse Range. 

While TCF is not a rescue, we do act in special cases to save mustangs in need. We also provide lifelong sanctuary -- and a life as close to "wild" as possible -- to this Pryor family band.
