JOIN GINGER AND THE PRYOR MUSTANGS FOR A CELEBRATION OF CLOUD’S 18TH BIRTHDAY

THE CLOUD FOUNDATION AND HORSE PROTECTION LEAGUE HOST THE CLOUD PARTY

DENVER, Colo. (May 15, 2013) – Festivities include a parade of the Pryor Mustangs including Cloud’s brother and sisters, children and grandchildren plus Carol Walker and her Adobe Town mustang, Mica; training demonstrations by TCF trainer Jaime Wade and HPL trainer Tucker Black; talks by Ginger Kathrens and clips from her favorite scenes from the Cloud movies; live music, food, and fun activities for kids of all ages. Apparel, books, DVD's and photos will be available for donations to both TCF and HPL at their booths.

Cloud’s life story represents the only ongoing documentation of a wild animal from birth in our hemisphere. He remains free in the Pryor Mountains of Montana where he was born. On May 6, Ginger found his newborn daughter with Cloud and the family and so the saga continues. The filly is a Cloud look-alike and by day three Ginger filmed her dancing in the sage around the band.

“I hope Cloud’s little filly will live her life in precious freedom,” Kathrens says. “Many of Cloud’s offspring have been removed but they have found great homes with loving human partners. Most wild horses, who end up in captivity are not so fortunate.”

Cloud’s Party: June 1, 2013 from 10 am - 5 pm (Gates open at 9:30)

Location: Horse Protection League, Churches Ranch, 17999 W. 60th Avenue, Arvada, CO 80403.
